Located one quarter mile NNW of Goldroad ruins @ N35 2 48.06, W114 22 46.87. Goldroad Mine currently (April 2015) closed - posted no trespassing. Accessing the cemetery on private property requires permission of the property owner.

He was in bottom of shaft when bucket of water being hoisted up 120 foot deep shaft came unhooked, fell back down shaft and struck him in neck and shoulder, breaking his neck, jaw, shoulder and leg, killed instantly.
